I'm curious if more people have bought their stromer from the well-known large online bicycle shop in the Netherlands, I very much regret this. Service to the door. It was oh so important to buy the bike with a maintenance package, but maintenance is carried out by people who have no stromer .
However, I have the feeling that no service point can properly service the bicycle.
You must make an appointment to deliver it, and if you deliver it, it will take 10 working days, a loan bicycle is not possible. I'm curious what other people's experiences are?

Not entirely an answer to your question, but the following: you can consider taking your loss on the maintenance package and having the maintenance carried out by a real dealer. You can go to any Stromer dealer for maintenance. I have had a good experience with Juizz Den Haag, free loan bicycle upon consultation. I came to them for maintenance purely out of convenience, as it is not far from my work.
What you can consider is contacting one of the major dealers in your area. Agree on what you need and talk about the costs (indication), for example, drop off in the morning with a loan bike and pick it up again in the evening. You can always fall back on your dealer for warranty matters.

The maintenance of a Stromer is in principle the same as the maintenance of a normal bicycle, say an MTB. All electronics that Stromer a Stromer require little maintenance. You only have to deal with these electronics in the event of malfunctions/defects, and only then do you need someone who really knows something about Stromer 's.
Although there are cases of overlap, especially where Stromer informs dealers via a Tech Bulletin that a certain adjustment needs to be made Stromer The extra bushing around the rear axle of the ST1 The same applies to placing heat shrink tubing around the controller connectors. I don't know whether all maintenance engineers in this chain are aware of these types of Stromer -specific matters.
Things such as: how long will it take if I return my bicycle for maintenance, and will I receive a loan bicycle? It would have been best to inquire about this before purchasing.
Not every dealer handles this the same. A Premium dealer will provide more service in this area than a wholesaler. I don't know what exactly "door to door maintenance" means? That they pick up your bike and bring it back? Or that they carry out maintenance directly at your door? My advice: submit your questions about this to the dealer. If you receive a response that does not increase your confidence in this chain, submit your questions to Stromer himself.

I received all kinds of promises during the purchase, including a loan bicycle, unfortunately this is different in practice. But I'm going to give it another try. However, to date I do not have the feeling that people are worthy to sell stromer That's why I'm curious about other people's experiences.
I know that the maintenance is the same as for an MTB, but I had an appointment and it was canceled by the bicycle shop's service point because they cannot service the technology/electronics. This includes placing the shrink tubing

And they certainly didn't confirm this in writing?

I know that every dealer has employees who have been trained by Stromer itself, and who can therefore service the Stromer . My dealer has two (Tom and Tommy), but my dealer only has one location. In practice, there is always one of those two present, and most days they are both there.
But how exactly this chain has set it up with all those service points throughout the country, I have no idea. What has the dealer suggested to you as a solution? Another date at a location near you, where there is someone present who can service your Stromer ? Or do they have no one at all who can do this?

Ah, so those service points are all external and the chance that a Stromer specialist will work on your Stromer is virtually zero? Ouch..
I agree with rvaneijk: take a loss regarding the maintenance package (or try to get this amount back through a complaint, but I expect this will be difficult) and in any case find a nice adoptive dealer for maintenance.
Discuss with your adoption dealer whether you will be billed for labor for warranty work (some will adopt your Stromer with love and will not charge anything, but they are allowed to) and get away from that other bicycle chain.

Finally got a response from the bicycle shop yesterday, unfortunately they can't offer me a solution, only in Amsterdam they seem to have someone who stromer 's. The other service points are regular bicycle repairers.
Unfortunately, a loan bicycle as promised is not possible unless the repair will take longer than 3 weeks.
I have been offered to credit the maintenance package. I can now look for another dealer who will hopefully take care of my bicycle. I wonder if the warranty can be transferred.

Good decision. That will certainly reduce your feeling of regret. You will find plenty of tips for good Stromer mechanics and dealers on this forum. Good luck with your search for a suitable specialist.

Good decision, now you're done with it. The warranty can certainly be transferred to another dealer. I have already had contact with a dealer in The Hague. He told me that I could also do the maintenance there and that they could then also take over the warranty.
